The Art of Greeting Cards
In 1935 with the encouragement of such famous artists as John Sloan, Grant Wood, John Steuart Curry and Rockwell Kent, we introduced art to greeting cards. And since then with the help of over 400 noteworthy artists we have continued to dedicate our line to the same high standards. In 1943 the Irene Dash Greeting Card Company was launched to showcase the artwork of individual artists such as Ruth Reeves, Tammis Keefe and Tasha Tudor who designed complete card lines featuring their art.
